This preview site only collects what you type into the reserve form: your name, email, country and message. We use it to reply to you and do not sell it. If you add a gift message card or write to us about your chart, that text, and any birth details you choose to type there, is stored with the request so that we can write the card and reply. Requests are stored with the details you type and are sent by email to our team, and a confirmation is emailed to you through our mail provider. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. The Birth Element tool does not store your birthday, birth time or birthplace on our servers. Only if you tick “Remember my choices” are they kept in this browser on your device, where we cannot see them and you can clear them any time. Our full privacy policy will be published before the shop opens. To have your details deleted, email us and we will remove them.

Cookies: necessary cookies (the Cloudflare anti-bot check on our forms, and remembering your cookie choice) keep the site working and need no consent. Statistics and advertising cookies (tools from Google, Meta, TikTok and similar) are used only if you agree in the cookie banner; if you do not, those tools are not loaded at all. You can change your choice any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer, and when you withdraw we remove those cookies. “Remember my choices” in the Birth Element tool is not a cookie but a local record kept only in your browser, as described above. If you agree to advertising cookies, then when you view a piece, tap reserve, tap a WhatsApp link, send an inquiry or finish the Birth Element tool, we tell the advertising platform that it happened, with only the piece’s name and the kind of request: never your email, phone, name, birthday, birth details or message, and never a result worked out from a birthday such as your element. If you agree to statistics or advertising cookies, when you send an inquiry we also keep which campaign link you came from (its campaign tags) and the landing page with that inquiry, to work out how each ad performs. If you agreed to advertising cookies, we also keep the click code that the ad platform put in the link (it says which ad was clicked, not who clicked) for up to 90 days, then delete it.
